Family and Systemic Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist

I offer individual, couples and family therapy for adults, young people and children with a range of issues relating to physical and mental health. I am also an EMDR therapist and offer therapy for individuals who have experienced trauma. I have a special interest in working with individuals and families where there is a long term health condition in particular diabetes and the interaction between physical and psychological health.
